  • Payment Data: We use Stripe to manage Harú memberships and PayPal for general site donations. They securely process your financial details and simply tell us if your subscription is active.

We use your information to operate Harú, grant access to paid tiers, and provide social features. We also use activity logs to review moderation reports and keep the community safe.

4. Public vs. Private Information

Your username, comments, and any audio tracks you set to public are visible to other members. Tracks set to non-public are hidden from general browsing. Your private account credentials and billing details are held securely by our infrastructure providers and are never exposed to other users or stored directly on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services & Selling Data

We never sell your personal information to anyone. We use trusted third-party providers for website hosting, database storage, audio delivery, and payment processing. These providers only process your data to help us run the site securely and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising or tracking purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in this age group. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

You can request to delete your account or data at any time by emailing us. When you delete content, some residual references, such as unavailable placeholders in other users' playlists, or moderation records may temporarily remain in our secure backend databases.
