1. Welcome to the Community

Welcome to Inside Irish Music and Harú. By using the site and app, you agree to these terms. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and providing accurate registration details.

2. Memberships and Payments

Access to Harú is managed through our membership tiers. Paid access is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you wish to cancel within the first 14 days, please contact us for a full refund. After this period, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you will retain access until the end of your current cycle. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access.

3. Uploads and Copyright

Harú allows you to upload audio files. You must own the rights to the content you upload, or have explicit permission to share it. This is particularly important for traditional or collected archival material where ownership can be complex. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, stream, display, and distribute your submissions within Harú.

4. Community Rules

We want to keep this space respectful for everyone. You are strictly prohibited from uploading content or posting comments that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringe on someone else's copyright. Impersonating other users or spamming the community is also forbidden.

5. Moderation and Community Management

We reserve the right to moderate the platform at our complete discretion. This includes removing tracks, hiding comments, suspending accounts, or terminating access for anyone who abuses the rules. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any user-uploaded content.

6. Copyright Takedowns

If you believe your copyright or neighboring rights have been infringed on our platform, please email [email protected] with the details. We will review the claim and take appropriate action.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Inside Irish Music and its operators are not liable for any damages, data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from your use of the platform or reliance on community-generated content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any legal disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Okinawa, Japan.
